Films, texts and music from a land far away

I am proud to announce my first reading, which will take place in the bar of Berlin’s famous independent movie theater Sputnik Kino! I will read from my collection of texts: Stories about a grandma who meets the devil, parenting in the olden times, an unpleasant New Year’s surprise and a failed boat trip will take you to a land of madness. The bus trip though the Balkans will be topped off with the screening of two trashbus-short films about a man and his werewolf and an unhappy inhabitant of a Dubrovnik fortress. After the reading, we will celebrate the Balkans with rakija and music! We are happy to have Branko Galoić (composition, vox, guitar) and Marko Jovanović (harmonica) thrill our audience with their passion and joy of playing: They combine Balkan with elements of Ska, Swing, Blues and Chansons.
